N23-R103 GDSS TUFA

The students at GDSS Tufa have not had safe water for a decade. During this period, the students depended on water vendors and hand-dug wells. The lack of safe water contributed to the spread of diseases as the school children lacked water for washing hands and other personal hygiene.  

The school lavatory is an eyesore as there is no adequate water to flush after use.  

The rehab by Lifewater Canada has reversed a ten-year water crisis that has seen many students drop out and lose interest in education.  

Today, there is safe water in GDSS Tufa.
