N23-R091 Gwari Babba Kungo Yarima

The Gwari Babba Kungo Yarima community has been without safe water for five years. Since the community hand pump broke down, the residents have depended on a distant river and hand-dug wells.  

The lack of water affects school children’s attendance and the productive time of women as they had to wake up early in the morning to get a chance to fetch water from the river.  

With the repair by Lifewater Canada, a significant burden is off the shoulder of women and children in the community. The community appreciates Lifewater Canada’s support and prays that God blesses the donors.
